The Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve
. Set in the beautiful Kromdraai Conservancy, this is an experience you will treasure. Expect to see up to 600 head of game, including some very rare and endangered species such as the wild dog, cheetah and Oryx. Also white rhino, lion, hippo, eland, crocodile and many other species of game. You can cuddle a lion and tiger cub, they'll let you! (excluded)

The Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve is just thirty minutes drive northwest of Johannesburg . Set in the beautiful Kromdraai Conservancy, this is an experience you will treasure. Your operator will pick you up at 8.30 am from Pretoria or 9 am from Johannesburg. If you want you can combine this trip with the caves.
You'll be getting the chance to touch lion and tiger cubs under supervision at your own cost. Let me just tell you they will jump on you and give you a bit of a scratch so wear your older clothes! Also at the centre you can go check out the snakes as well as suricat, crocodile and mongoose. And if you brave the 2 "tame" zebra you can try scratch their heads. Just beware as they bite a bit.....
Webmasters note: Game spotting in the Rhino and Lion Park is easy, just as in Rietvlei nature reserve, but short on birdlife though. Though smaller than Rietvlei, Rhino Lion most definately have a greater variety. Be assured that you will get not just be a driver but a qualified guide.
