Guests are requested to check-in after 14h00 and checkout before 11h00.

It is important to note that whilst children are welcome at Ivory Tree, we regret that children under the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives and children between the age of 6 and 12 years of age are permitted on game drives at the discretion of the guide. Per child per night (sharing with adult)  R 1 325.00  - 1/room only. 12yo and over deemed to be an adult.

Single supplement – 50% of the per person sharing rate. Children under the age of 12 years – 50% of the per person sharing rate when sharing with two adults. Executive suite rate permits two adults per night, no single supplement applies. Childrensharing with adults in executive suites will be charged 50% of the standard suite sharing rate

As for Ivory Tree Game Lodge, Ivory Tree's vehicles and the Ivory Tree rangers:
Ivory Tree game lodge is a bit of a mix between Tshukudu and Bakubung & Kwa. They are situated right in the north against a mountain opposite the Bakgatla resort. Though they only opened end Feb 2004 this place is cooking. They have stolen the best guides in the park from the other lodges and elsewhere, have even tried to steal me..... Their rangers are people persons and have a great attitude. Clients normally get given 1 guide for their duration, and probably will share with other clients. Vehicles are also small & open. The whole experience is very personal.
