These chalets can get snapped up anytime, normally within a week, as we are
dealing with an incredibly popular destination.
I'll give you strictly till x-time & x-day to pay & if you default,
consider your option null & void without notification.
I will give an option to a new query & you will have to get in the queue
if still interested.
Note that for Sun City Vacation Club and most other timeshare, peak times
have full week modules.

There has been other scams as well - there was another scammer Dec 2010 not
reported in the press, and I'm sure lots of others.
Scammers might advertize at a rate too good to be true, but mostly they pick
very popular weeks & weekends and charge just under market rate as
to appear legit, especially peak times or peak events. So if you consider
buying from an advert in the paper or online maybe think again.
The difference dealing with me is:
1. With me you deal with me and me alone. I'm the only one answering mail
and receiving deposits.
2. I normally only deal with owners, or where I can verify that they are owners.
3. I use 1 agent only, and she deals with owners who's portfolios she has
been running for years
4. I am responsible. If we get scammed (not likely!), I will take the knock
and refund you.
I will then be able to put you up at my place 17km's from Sun City at no charge
- no one else can offer this!
