ITINERARY :
Day 1 - Pickup from your guesthouse/hostel
or Johannesburg Airport and . Drive to our Lodge where we can now do a Sunset
Drive. We should arrive at the Lodgeby 17h00 at the latest. After a short
break we go on a late afternoon game drive .It affords our guests an opportunity
to see the magnificent African sunset (and possibly toast to it with an appropriate
liquid ‘Sundowner’). After dark, we will locate nocturnal animals using spotlights.
Day 2 - After breakfast, we depart
for the Orpen Gate of Kruger Park. From your open Gameviewer you are afforded
an outstanding opportunity to fully experience Africa's wild animals. The
elevated vantage position and absence of glass windows allow for truly unforgettable
sight, sound and scent experiences and brilliant photographic opportunities.
Spend the full day gameviewing and birdwatching in the company of a knowledgeable
guide. Overnight in your romantic tree house with the sounds of the African
night to lull you to sleep.
Day 3 - In the early morning, your
armed ranger will attempt to approach, on foot, the resident buffalo herd
that has made our Lodge its home. After breakfast, we drive via the Blyde
River Canyon to the Three Rondawels. We then return to Gauteng, arriving by
17h00 in Pretoria and 18h00 at JIA, 18h30 Jo'burg
